Save Your Spot
What hours is the office open? Do you have evening and weekend hours?
Generally, we are open Monday - Thursday from 9 am - 8 pm. Friday hours are 9 am - 5 pm and Saturday hours are generally 9 am - 1 pm. Each therapist sets their own schedule and may have flexibility to accommodate a special circumstance.
What kinds of reasons do people come in for counseling?
People call and come in to see us for a variety of reasons. Some of the most common reasons include feeling overwhelmed, struggling with symptoms of anxiety or depression, relationship challenges, managing emotions, feeling numb or shut down and navigating day to day stresses. Some of our clinicians specialize in working with survivors of trauma - some kinds of traumas frequently experienced include complex / developmental trauma mostly thought of as childhood trauma, accidents, interpersonal trauma, sudden loss, natural disasters, etc.
Do you take insurance?
We do accept some insurance plans. If you have a particular therapist in mind that you want to work with, be sure to ask which insurance companies they are in network with as it varies by clinician.
What if I don't want to use insurance?
You are under no obligation to use your insurance plan. In fact, many people decide not to use their insurance due to privacy concerns, not wanting their insurance company to have access to their therapy records or not wanting to have a formal mental health diagnosis contained in their medical record. If your preference is to self / privately pay, you will have the opportunity to enter credit card or HSA / FSA card information through our portal and your card will be charged following each session.
